Pretty & peculiar mini body parts to decorate your own specimen wall.

I mould assorted frames, body parts, insects, steampunk items, krakens, etc, out of paper clay which takes a couple of days to dry. 

Then I use stay-sticky liquid glues to make a shape on a canvas board, and gild that with patterned or plain metal foils when it dries.

The moulds are glued on top of this and painted with many layers of acrylic washes, before being foiled to match or contrast with the backgrounds.

A few more layers of acrylic highlights and shadows, and then I coat any white canvas with multiple layers of gesso to smarten it up.
