NOT TOYS - they are beautifully made, but not CE tested so cannot be sold as toys. (My boys do wear my set as fancy dress but I am present all the time.)
Elastic is sewn in, felt is well glued on. I have my set strung up like bunting/ high on nails to decorate parties, and my son's bedroom.
