Henna Doily Mandala pattern, I love it for a base behind eye designs and UV club stuff, also great as decor on sugar skulls etc. Easier to handle and available in larger sizes than the full circle stencil.

Can be re-used over and over. Some stencils in my paint kit are still perfect after 15 years use.
 
Flexible plastic mylar.
Slightly thinner than some stencils but artists found it bent better onto skin/ round shapes.
